My dealings with this establishment have been very satisfactory. The staff was always extremely professional, courteous, and dedicated to meet every need of mine as well as other tenants I was acquainted with. I never had a need for the maintenance personnel that I did not receive very punctual and efficiently. As a single woman, I felt safe at the Reserve and would not hesitate to recommend The Reserve at Research Park to anyone, family, single, any and all.
