I moved in to The Reserve at Research November '08. Upon first contacting the office, there were no 1 BR available to show, however notice was given. I leased a 1 BR sight unseen, on move in day, things were a little rocky, only minor issues, like exhaust cover in Bath Room was left down, painters tape not removed, screens were in need of repair, and interior doors needed to be adjusted. Deborah was super nice and very helpful in resolving these issues immediately. Before I finished moving in, these work orders were already taken care of. This place is very quiet, the parking is wonderful, there are always spots available directly in front of my building. Utilities are a little higher than expected for 1 BR, avg monthly about $140's, but again I did move in the dead of winter. The fitness center closes at 10 pm, which is a little annoying, since I work 2nd shift, no bugs, no rodents, which is a BIG PLUS in my book. The location couldn't be better, close to Everything. The staff for the most part are very helpful, Deborah is wonderful. The grounds keepers are always seen busy. I can't wait until the warm weather arrives, to be able to enjoy the pools. Overall VERY SATISFIED, and would definitely recommend this apartment community.

I came over to read Durgster605's review because he suggested that we read it when he posted a reply to another negative rating. I think that I can vouch that Durgster605 genuinely likes the Reserve. Not sure why he posting a reply to someone else's negative review and defending management because he has only lived here for a few months. But, I respect his opinion. I did a google search for "Durgster605" to see what would come back. Good luck on quitting smoking. Sir Winston is a cute dog. Welcome to Hunstville.

All I can say is, this person has an opinion. Opinions are like stink holes in the human body, everyone has one, and they don't smell like roses. This opinion however, reeks of the office employees, likely Deborah. If this person really thinks safety is 5/5, they obviously have not heard of the nearly 30 break-ins recently, the recent murders, nor have they ever seen any police cars on the property due to the criminal element out here. How about that guy who was mugging and raping women as they made their way to their vehicles? Yeah, I bet this person doesn't even live on the property - which the office management and maintenance staff do not.
