Just wanted to say my move from out of state was an easy transition. The staff at Research Park made it very easy and worry free for me. I even got a fax from the community on directions to their location. I rented over the internet and what they have displayed is exactly what I got when I moved in. Had a problem with spiders but it was taken care of within 2 days of my request. The only thing I would say that needs attention is in the summer times the pools get really crowded and they need more attention to the restrooms.

I have lived at The Reserve at Research Park 10 months and very pleased with management. Also, renewed the least. Always friendly, courteous and willing to provide assistance. Also, I moved from Paddock and I'm amazed at the amount of space I have in my current apartment and the cost, opposed to the space I had at the other apartment and the cost.
