I have been a resident since July of this year and my neighbors are extremly noisy. Since moving in I have put in 12 complaints regarding the noise one of the managers even came and sat in my apartment and listened to the noise. The issue has yet to be resolved. Besides that the apartments are nice. Great location.

Why did you give them a "Yes" recommendation if the noise is a problem?

Yeah I need to make sure that I intruduce myself to the people that moved into my old apartment. I want to make sure they complain about the neighbors as well so they can realize I am not crazy!

I think I must be living in your old apartment... same situation we've had the apartment for about 3 weeks, but I've only been living there a week. It's every night with the horrible music, the doors slamming, the smell of weed. I thought I had gotten away scot-free last night it was so quiet, but then from 10-11 they slammed doors, and from 11-1 they played their loud bass-amped music that rattle my entire apartment... needless to say I'm exhausted and pissed off this morning

Do you live in Bldg 47? That's where I stayed. The noise usually began around 10 or 11, afer my roommate and I were already alssep so it would wake us up. It would be all night, one time until we got up at 5 am to go to work. The smell was horrible. I always thought it was skunk but we had visitors that told us it was weed. We thought maybe it was our apartment so we wiped down the walls with white vinegar and hot water. It didn't do anything for the smell. After I got woken up at 3 am by a screaming contest from the neighbor's porch above us, is when I complained. I complained twice about the noise, once about the smell. When I went to move out, I informed the front office of the smell and the huge noise issue. They said they wished I had come in earlier ... so my suggestion would be to complain frequently, whenever they are past the noise hours and keep documentation, like a spreadsheet of the date, time, the noise (music, screaming, party) and keep track if you talked to the office about that specific night. There is a 24 hour # you can call also. It's on the sheet given when you move in, or it was with us. Do they also walk very heavy?! I know my neighbor's pounded around like they were mad all of the time. And my bedroom was beneath their's ... their bed was horribly squeaky!!!
