As did the last reviewer, we moved here from Atlanta late in 2002. We came from a nightmare apartment complex. Vintage was a refreshing change.
The staff were the friendliest people we had met. They made our move as pleasant as they possibly could.
There has been 0 turnover in the staff. Which is a great display of how good this place is.
The person who complained about the staff, obviously never got to know them. Nor the traffic. Yes, there is a backup on Old Madison Pike.. But I have never seen a 45 minute backup as they claim, in the last year. The city has put in a turn lane in front of the apartments this summer, which helps tremendously.
We have been VERY happy with our appartment. We have had a noisy neighbor, but when we voiced our concerns, the staff was very professional in the way they handled it. We still have the same neighbor, but they are no longer noisy.
We will be moving this month, and are excited about our new home, but we will miss the Staff of Vintage as well.
