You can completely discount everything BEWARE says. This a good apartment complex. Like most apartments, the quality of construction is not what you'd expect in a house, but the floorplans are good and everything works.

The staff is a real positive. They are very friendly, helpful and professional. I heard a Mom say the other day the staff had helped her several times. Someone from the office was kind enough to pick up her laundry and some groceries when she was unable to leave the house.

You'd be hard pressed to find a better apartment in this area for the money.
