Well, I have been living here for over a year now and so far so good. Nice property and apartments, but you can really buy a house for the same monthly payment.

Very dog friendly... too friendly sometimes. A lot of pet owners here and not all of them clean up after their pets. It would be nice to see "clean-up stations" in the grassy areas where pet owners take their dogs.

Nice community involvement. The office manager tries to get everyone involved in apartment living with little social parties by the pool or in the clubhouse.

The only odd thing to mention about the managers is they don't proof their grammar/spelling before they send out information to tenants. I find this odd because they seem so professional in every other aspect of management. Very junior high-ish writing skills -- comical sometimes. :)
