I Like It, I Love It, I Want Some More of It

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
My husband and I have lived here for 8 months. We love this place so much that I don??t know where to begin! With the vaulted ceilings (on the third floor), the wooded view (on the right side of the complex), fans in every room, the LARGE kitchen with bar, the full size washer and drier, the garden tub, and the built in alarm, we often forget that we are living in an apartment. Everything is still in great condition ?? the maintenance staff is very good about quickly fixing any problems. These buildings are solid construction, making the noise level is low. I never hear our neighbors, except on weekends when some listen music. The office staff is BEYOND nice and will help you in any way they can. They allowed us to rent a storage space there before we were even official tenants, and when we accidentally left our camera inside before leaving for a vacation, they happily retrieved it and sent it to us. The socials are fun, and have good food. The fitness facility has 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical machine, 2 bicycles, free weights, and a weight machine, which we think is a great array of options. The pool is decent sized, with a mini waterfall, the whirlpool is nice, and they even have an outdoor fireplace ?? perfect for warming up after a refreshing swim. The location is great ?? minutes from shopping, and the highway. The pricing is reasonable for what you get. We looked around at 7 apartment complexes in Huntsville before deciding on this one, and the prices varied greatly. There were 2 that were about the same price as this one ?? with no washer/drier, and there were 2 more expensive that were grossly overpriced, and 2 cheaper that were very old. Apartments are one of those things that you pay for what you get, and we think the price is well worth the quality and value that you receive. The only problems that we have had were very minor. 1) The intersection does get backed up at rush hour, but only in one direction (from Research Park), and there are ways to go around it. Once we figured that out, we don??t have any more problems. 2) Cell phone reception is bad. Even though our old company said that they had reception there, they did not. But, we just switched to Verizon and have NO problems now. 3) The pool/whirlpool sometimes closes early. It??s annoying, but I bet it??s just as annoying for the maintenance man to have to come back every night to lock it. 4) Noise from the street can be heard at rush hour, but only if you??re sitting there in complete silence. But, we feel all those problems are very small in comparison to the great service, community, and building that we receive in return. We will be so sad to leave when that time comes. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
