The rent that the leasing agents quote you does not include water and sewer (between $10-$15 per month). The complex now wants you to pay $15 per month to have a private service transport the trash from your door to the dumpster - completely ridiculous. They may not mention this when you call or visit - be forewarned! Also, this complex is priced above the Huntsville market, so be sure that you're getting what you pay for.
