Despite the postings of several negative comments on this site, the Vintage is a GREAT place to live. I have lived here since Nov. of 2004, and I have not had a SINGLE problem. The staff is wonderful, and they have helped me with anything that I have needed. They also genuinely care about their tenants. When I moved into the apts., I was going through a terrible divorce, and Elaine and Brenda really helped me through the transition and made my move-in as stress-free as possible.

I've never been "lied to." I don't know what these people are talking about. The staff is always upfront about everthing. The new trash policy is not mandatory for current tenants until they sign their next lease, so it's not that big of a deal! I think some people just like to complain. Lots of apt. complexes are doing this -- look around!

About the prices -- I think it's reasonable considering that apts. come with a washer, dryer, microwave, free use of computer room, exercise room, pool, and FREE cable. It's a shame that people complain about free services. Also, you never have to worry about maintenance or anything else that you have to deal with when you own a home.

Living here is simple, easy, and great. Give it a try!!!!
