Alright, so I used this site to choose which apartments to look at when I came down to Huntsville to visit. This was one of 5 places I checked out. I have now lived here for about a month, and I have to say I'm extremely happy. I've seen messages about how all the reviews must be from management blah blah blah. Rest assured, this not one of those. If you don't believe me, call them and ask them if there's a Neal who has lived here for a month or so. There are around 5 people who work for the main office/grounds keeping/etc., and they're all some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. They've really made this place feel like home. They've been extremely helpful with any problem I've had. This move has been stressful considering I just moved here from college, and they've made it so much easier on me.
On to the rest then. The apartment is really nice. VERY spacious. Washer, dryer, dish washer, stove, fridge, everything...they're all new and work great. Always parking available right in front of my doorway. The pool area is really nice, and I've already made friends who live in the complex (hot tub is nice too). There's a message on here about the traffic at this intersection. That person probably didn't know the right way to go. It can get bad if you're driving on Old Madison Pike, but all you have to do is go around that and take the road perpendicular to it (Slaughter Rd.). I've never had a problem getting in from work. There are two entrances, and every time I've gotten in just fine. You can take any of the roads that run parallel to Old Madison Pike and be just fine. I work close to the airport, and it takes me less than a 5 minute drive to get to work everyday. This location is actually really amazing. You're basically in the center of everything. The new Bridge Street area is right down the road, there are 4 malls in the area, and at least 3 of them are within a 5-10 minute drives, and there are a ton of restuarants down University St. and Madison Blvd. (google map it). That's about all I've got for now. It's a great place to live, and I can't put a price on finally living somewhere with genuinely nice management. Good luck with your search.

i agree! Hillary in the front office is especially helpful and friendly. always has a smile on her face!
