I thought the high cost of rent would assure well kept grounds, responsive management who don't act like you are inconveniencing them, and that management would follow through on statements they make. I didn't think I would be putting up with loud stereos sitting in the parking lot while littering, poop filled lawns. I certainly thought I would be safe from my dog eating food people tossed onto the lawn or where ever they felt appropriate.For the cost this place is not worth it. My family is moving to a home with a garage saving $350 a month, I will be free of knowing when my neighbors are humping, showering, and cooking. The lawn will be maintained by me, no more guessing if the chemicals, sprayed without notice will make my dog sick. Children will not be blocking traffic like it is their god given right. I will never need to wonder when the garbages will be emptied.
