We have lived here for almost 4 months now and so far are very happy! We moved from Maryland, so even though this is one of the more pricey places to rent, it is still half of the rent we are used to. The rental office made our moving process so smooth and took great care of us, despite the fact that I must have annoyed them with all of my phone calls before we actually moved down.
The property manager and assistants have always been very pleasant and more than helpful. A few requests were overlooked, but when I reminded them, they were very apologetic, nice, and saw to it that we were taken care of right away. The pool area is gorgeous, the work out area, small, but very nice, clean, and has nice equipment.
The apartments themselves are VERY nice.... great floor plans to choose from, love the 9 foot ceilings! Haven't had a noise problem, however, we don't have anyone living above us yet... just on one side.
Plenty of nice neighbors, some kids, dogs.... great family neighborhood. One complaint I guess would be the front gate. The incoming gate arm is always breaking off, however, that isn't so much the fault of management as it is of INCONSIDERATE people trying to piggy back and then the gate comes down and hits their car. Management has always been very quick to fix the gate. There is a camera at the visitor's box that is supposed to allow you to turn to a channel on your TV to see who is there when they call, but that hasn't been working for over a month now.
Otherwise, I have to say that this is probably the nicest apartment rental community I have ever lived in.
