I don't recommend to choose this apartment complex at all.

When you be moving out, be prepared not to get your security deposit- a manager will cook all maintenance cost regadless to real facts, no problem to make a fake secrity deposit statment -her goal to keep your money by any means, even by adding a deposity amount for fitness room key.(Don't give any other deposit- you never get that money back)
Apartment approximately 45 years old, drainage in bath was deadly and hopelessly clogged, window frames have no any insulating, but gaps- your bills will be high during summer heat or winter cold-absolutely not efficient.
Floor is very creaky.
