I have lived at Waterford Square for almost six months.
I absolutely love the location, the appearance, and the size of my apartment! This apartment is the same square footage as the house I moved from without the cost of upkeep or the time to maintain the yard!
Maintenace has been great - anytime I have needed a repair they are there and the problem is fixed within 24 hours.
