I am a resident of Woodland apartments and it is not a safe or healthy enviornment for single mothers, children, or women. They never fix any maintenance problems because they are too busy making sure you like what you see when you pass by so that you can think that it is a wonderful place to live. As far as I know two apartments have caught a fire and they are doing nothing to repair them. The air condittioning does not work in 95% of the units the washer and dryes in the laundry room are over priced and none of them work. Hopefully the health department will be conducting an investigation to look into all of these unsafe accusations to make sure it becomes a sfae enviornment to live and if not they will be shut down for good.
