They change management every two weeks it seems like. No wonder they've gone from "University Park" to "Woodland" to now "Stonebrook". They never make repairs and the office staff is just plain rude. They act like they are doing you a favor by letting you stay there...even though you pay rent. The buildings are old and unsafe/unsanitary. Currently I have been trying to get them to repair ceiling leak from the bathroom to the kitchen for almost a month and still no luck. Everything you wouldn't want in an apartment is at Stonebrook. Little closet space, creepy crawlers, broken quarter-sucking laundry equipment and poor management. I only renewed my lease last year because I'd like to buy a house and stop renting altogether so I'm enduring hell to save up for that now. But the end of my lease can't come soon enough. I fell for the "new improvements" sign myself when I first moved but save yourself the drama. Trust me, you'll hate it.
