I lived @ Boardwalk Apartments for almost six years. I am single and always felt safe living there. This is a very nice apartment with all the things you need to live including a washer/dryer unit. The landlord was very good to fix any problems that occured immediately. This is a very good quiet place to study or just after a long day at work. Compared to some of the other apartments in Jacksonville it may be a little more expensive, however, for what you get at Boardwalk it was worth it. Remember you get what you pay for!
