I just can't endorse anyone living here. These used to be Chases Courtyard, which was The Ghetto. It was terrible, all black people, lots of crime, drug deals, etc. Park Place bought it out and renovated. Now, there's at least less crime, and seems to be about evenly mixed racially. However, the renovations were very cheap. Only some got new appliances. Walls are very thin, and you can hear EVERYTHING through them. They were just repainted. Countertops and some tiles were replaced. Doors are cheap thin wood. These apartments are TINY. Parking is terrible here, too. There isn't really enough... and it's so narrow. There's only two rows, and they're so close together that if you park in the first row and someone parks behind you in the 2nd row, it's hard to get out. You have to do a lot of maneuvering back and forth to get out without scraping anyone. If there's a party... forget it. People also tend to throw trash everywhere outside, and it takes forever to get cleaned up.

I'm currently being annoyed by music so loud everything in my apartment is rattling. My upstairs neighbors also, have, ah, a very healthy relationship, and everything tends to rattle then too. My neighbors smoke weed outside every night, and there's kids in this complex. This place is falling apart. Things break all the time. Park Place is over extending itself... there's one manager and one maintenance guy for three different apartment complexes, so I always have to call several times and wait a long time before anything ever gets fixed. The staff is very nice, honestly... I like them a lot. I just think they need to hire some more people, so things will get done faster. (For reference, Park Places 1 and 2 are a bit nicer!)

what does the people being black has to do with anything. I understand your dilema about your neighbors. But just because you had a bad experience with some of your neighbors doesn't mean you state black people. You are just as bad as those you are trying to talk about. Maybe you got put there for a reason- to take away some of the prejudice... Its silly people like you that will make no one come and stay where you at, no matter what race we are.
