Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I used to live at Cottonwood and I really liked it there. I have a few friends that still live there and they said the manager and his son have attempted rape on a quite a few girls and they go into apartments when you're not there and steal thing.
I am not 100% sure all of this is true but just be careful.
FYI...the manager is retiring at the end of the year so these problems will probably go with him.
