I've lived in Cottonwood Apartments twice in my lifetime. When ---- and ------ ran it life there was wonderful. But, now that ----- and his drug smoking and snorting sons have taken over it has become a slum. There is no safety once you move in. ----- will come in your apartment anytime he feels like it. He has come in on me while I was naked in the tub. He didn't just come into the apartment, he heard water running in the bathroom and opened the bathroom door. He had the nerve to spark up a conversation as I tried to cover myself with the shower curtain. As I hid behind the curtain he spoke about the apartment's needs. I had to ask him twice to leave the bathroom before he did. Secondly, there are a whole bunch od dope selling thugs on top half of the apartments. There are cops up there doing busts all of the time. It's trashy up there and it smells like rank urine. If you are female, like me, ----- will discourage you having male company late at night. My advice is to find somewhere else to live. There is much more I haven't the time to write.
