i'm a current resident who have been here since july of '07. at first, i was disappointed b/c of how small the apt was compared to my old one but once settled in i realize that it wasn't so bad. the bedrooms are of good size. i have a king sized bed and it fits perfectly with other furniture also. i have GREAT NEIGHBORS. i have two little girls and they have befriended some of the neighborhood kids and it's just so SAFE for them to go to my neighbors' and play. the apt itself is kind of outdated, but with some decorating and such, it really isn't bad at all. pros are things like they pay for everything except power, internet, and telephone. you pay one time for the entire semester, and it's right on campus. the only things that truly bothers me is that there isn't a dishwasher nor is there a washer and dryer connection inside the apt. however, there is a laundry room right in the complex. if u want a decent place to live that is safe and cheap, this place would suffice.
