One of my children stayed here for a little while. The experience was very poor with poor managers and maintenance. Appliances were in very poor order - had to use a bunji cord for the refridgerator to stay closed. Dry leaves would blow in from under the doors. These apartments could be nice - if someone took the time to fix them up. Convenient to the college - walking distance. Suppose to be a "no pet" policy - but there were plenty around.
