I live in the 3 bedrooms at Park Place I and yes the appliances are run down but for 190 a month and the location it's not that bad for a starter apartment. Other than the slow maintenance and frat boys taking over the parking it's not that bad of a place to live. I've lived here for 2 years and never had any problems with cockroaches (or other bugs) and the landlord has always been real understanding about things. If you're looking for a family place though this isn't the place for you.
