While this isn't the worst place to live because of the conveniences of campus life being around you, the downsides far outweigh them. The maintenance man is slow and not knowledgeable and during the winter, our heat went out during the worst cold spell of the season, and while he was very friendly (and I mean that, he was very friendly and apologetic) he could do nothing to fix the old unit, so we were out heat for almost a week and froze our butts off. Donna is out to make more money and has little to no concern for her tenants. I live in Park Place 2 and the buildings are run down, drafty, have little to no insulation, and are outdated severely. These could be very nice, but for the price, are not worth it at all. If you choose to live here, you're doing so at your own risk.
