I have had several friends that have lived in these apartments and they never have anything good to say. I live in brand new apartments and they wish they could change and live where I live. First of all three of my friends shared an apartment and when they moved into the $190 apartments, well, it turned out to be a rat hole. On the first week they had moved in their boyfriend killed about twenty mice that were running around. EWWW.... I had other friends that lived in the Park Place townhouses and the outlet plugs where their refrigerator was would go out several times because it was old. It was ghetto like because they had to get an extension cord and use another outlet to get their refrigerator to work. Another scenario that happened was I had another friend that lived in the apartments across from Mason and her air conditioner and heater wouldn't work. She complained and they told her they fixed it, but obviously they didn't because it broke again and she was hot in the summer time. They told her they replaced an old compressor to get her air conditioner to work, but it hasn't worked. In the summer time she is miserable and hot. In the winter time the poor resident is freezing to death.The resident told me that the next door neighbor got a brand new heating and air conditioning unit but the resident who was my friend of mine didn't get the air conditioning/heater in her apt fixed or get a new unit. DO NOT LIVE AT THIS APARTMENTS EVEN IF ITS CHEAP. They don't fix your stuff on time and they do a poor job if they do fix it. YOu basically have to complain hard core to get anything fixed. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
