I would reccomend these apartments for students. It is so close to school that I loved the convienence of walking to classes and football games(since there isn't enough parking at school). Things got even better once we got a new property manager. She is sooooo much better than the last one who wasn't as nice or willing to help. We had to move once my husband got cancer, but they were totally willing to work with us, and help during such a hard time in our lives. We will miss living there. Some other perks are that they allow dogs, have a nice pool area, and it is quiet when I need to study. The grounds are always kept clean, and well maintained. There is enough dumpsters too so it never looked ugly with overflowing garbage. Go check these apartments out! You will love them. I did!!!
