Good place to live, gotten better
This place had a lot of rumors before we moved into Park Place I. We live on the third floor and I really don't have many complaints. The appliances are a little old, but they work. The maintenance man has always responded swiftly to ourā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Not terrible, but not so great either.
I live in one of the two bedroom apartments in Park Place II (the one across from Mason Hall). The apartment is roomy and there's tons of closet space. The bathroom setup is odd, though. There are two doors into it (one from each bedroom)ā¦Ā See More >hatinpp

Completely true...
I have had several friends that have lived in these apartments and they never have anything good to say. I live in brand new apartments and they wish they could change and live where I live. First of all three of my friends shared anā¦Ā See More >jsu4100k

What they're saying is true!
While this isn't the worst place to live because of the conveniences of campus life being around you, the downsides far outweigh them. The maintenance man is slow and not knowledgeable and during the winter, our heat went out during the worst cold spell ofā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Park Place I
I live in the 3 bedrooms at Park Place I and yes the appliances are run down but for 190 a month and the location it's not that bad for a starter apartment. Other than the slow maintenance and frat boys taking over the parkingā¦Ā See More >studentsmother

Poor quality
One of my children stayed here for a little while. The experience was very poor with poor managers and maintenance. Appliances were in very poor order - had to use a bunji cord for the refridgerator to stay closed. Dry leaves would blow in fromā¦Ā See More >anonymous

a terible place to live!!
My boyfriends lives there now and i lived with him this summer while taking classes. It's old , every run down, and just way over priced!!! The services sucks and in his opinion,mine and some others who live there it is a total ripā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Shabby
