This place wasnt even built and my daughter wanted to stay here. Classes were starting and the property was not ready for students to live in. My daughter was a out of state student and was a freshmen at the time. The Grove wanted to put students in a motel, I said no and moved my daughter to the dorms on campus. She never stayed at the Grove at all and they want her to pay thousands of dollars, how crazy is that. Just be careful if you sign a lease, they try to fight you on it big time. I posted this so that no one else have to go thur what my daughter has went thur. The Grove in Jacksonville is the worst place to live. College students avoid the Grove at all cost or stay in a dorm before you mess up what you are working towards...the good life.
