I lived here last year (the first year it was open). They werent finished with the buildings and kept pushing the move in date back. When I finally got to move in, the apartments werent very clean. You could tell they hurried up and finished building them. I got stuck with crazy roommates, who kicked a hole in my door and broke into my room and stole a lot of stuff. Of course, the manager and the police were NO help at all. I kept getting charged extra for power, and I never kept lights or anything on and we were gone for 2 weeks for Christmas and we still got chraged almost $200 over on power'!'!' PLEASE explain that one... The apartments were nice and spacey and the closets were huge, but overall...i would not live there again. They went through 3 managers the year I lived there. Maintenance was very prompt I might add, but no one there cared about the residents. When my room got broken into, I couldnt get out of my lease. I completely moved out but still had to pay!! My cell phone got stolen out of my car while I walked up to my apartment to get a book I had forgotten. I was gone maybe 3 minutes at the most. I would NOT live there again.

I lived at the grove forayear my freshmen year. When i moved in there was not a lock on my door nor a key made, so anybody could just walk in and take what they wanted. I had ghetto roommates that were hiding people at the apartment, stealing food;loud music, prostitutes.
