Dear reader,
First, take into consideration that I am just one person giving one opinion, so listen up. I have been living in Jacksonville Place Apartments for about 2 years now, and the conditions are bad. I'm in a living situation that is unhealthy and life threatening. I went to the office manager, Barbara to complain about this living situation, but got no results. The only help I received from her was a lot of made-up promises. She lied to me about the way she'd handle the situation and she refuses to actually do anything about the problem. I'm unwilling to sit back and live in an environment that is life threatening for me just because she can't get her act together. I'm willing to workout a nice solution to the problem, but she doesn't want to hear me out. It isn't only me complaining, but also the other roommate who lives in the unit with me. We're tired of putting up with this crappy management and it's broken promises. If anyone is reading this and reviewing the option of weather to live at Jacksonville Place in Jacksonville, Alabama please remember that you will be greeted with smiles and arms hidding ugly truths.

Barbara DOES NOT work at Jacksonville Place anymore! Amanda is the office manager and has been for a couple of years. She is great! Anytime I need something done she makes sure it happens. The rest of the staff is the same way!

Amanda may be great, but she fired my fiancee when she found out that her boyfriend lived in the complex, whats up with that?

Amanda is a rude ----- who doesn't give a ----. She gets free rent and won't even live in that dump herself.
