i would never recommend anyone to move to Jacksonville Place Apartments. picture this...loud noise in the middle of the night, worrying about being mugged if you go to your car at night, broken glass bottles and beer cans everywhere, or waking up at 3am because someone pulled the fire alarm. if you?ve been looking for hell, you found it. i suggest you look at the crime report for jacksonville (can be found on the JSU university police webpage).

not only is this place a disaster, your getting ripped off by either their high rent or them forcing a new lease on you a few months after you make your initial; with the threat that they?ll increase the price. criminals themselves.

im writing anonymously only because i fear them throwing a fine at me.

which reminds me...they have these insane inspections of your apartment (they beat on the door and come in even if nobody is there!) every month where they look for excuses to fine you for things that you may not be responsible for;i.e. a "mess", or garbage, etc.

this is all the truth, no exaggerations.
