Read the lease very carefully before you sign it. The way they write the lease they are not liable for anything. Even if another tenet tries to kill you, you cannot get out of your lease.

If you are a druggie, a drug dealer, or a criminal this is the place for you to live. If you are not any of the above then you should not live here.

People come to this apartment to party and to do drugs. The complex is very loud. At night I have had to sleep with hearing protectors.

It is not safe. There have been cases of innocent people being held up at gun point. Rapes happen often at this complex.

The management is very poor. All they care about is getting all the money they can out of the residents.

Do not be decieved by smooth talk or appearances. They will try to pressure you into signing.

Toolgirl3784 must be smoking crack, hence why she would love Jacksonville Place apartments. They are a ghetto in the middle of the country. I never thought I would feel unsafe in my own home, this apartment complex has made me lose sleep wondering who will break into my window or front door at night. Drug deals are a daily occurance, so is gang activity, break ins, robberies, and the noise level is too much to bear. The management staff is God awful. They are rude -------. They do not offer any help and literally laugh when you need help. They overcharge for piece of crap apartments with old appliances and stained, smelly furniture. Stay away, do not be fooled by the cheap prices. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AT JACKSONVILLE PLACE APARTMENTS....run away while you can, because when you sign the lease, there is no getting out of it. As far as security, there is NONE.
