I live a Jacksonville Place and I absolutly love it! It is quiet and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Anytime something needs to be fixed in my apartment I call the office and it gets fixed the same day!
I live in a 4 BR 4 Bath (each room has its own bathroom!) and I got to choose my own roommates! I pay $305 for rent (includes water, internet, and cable) I have a furnished apartment WITH a washer and dryer!
Jacksonville Place also has lots of get togethers so everyone can meet everyone! They have had pizza by the pool, luau, and lots of other get togethers!
I would recommend living at Jacksonville Place! I have read the other comments and most of that stuff is NOT true! Just see for yourself! I love it here and plan to stay for another year!
