Living in Jacksonville Place isnt bad, depending on your room mates. Usually you'll have 3 roommates. My 3 were the nastiest you can imagine. There was constantly trash piled up on the back porch, inside stayed dirty despite my sincerest efforts to keep it clean, but other that the people I lived with, I have NOTHING bad too say about the place. All the employees are great, maintenence is usually quick to fix anything, and they keep the roar down to a minimum as far as thursday nights go(party night in JSU). I actually met my fiancee here. She worked in the office. So dont rule this place out, just ask to meet your room mates before you sign that lease.

"We will be happy to transfer you to another apartment that you will be happy with and you will be able to meet the roommates that live in the other apartments before you move in with them." YEA, WITH A TRANSGER FEE OF $150. Shouldn't this be free if there are problems with roommates? They charge for everything!
