Jacksonville Place is not a good place to live. The mamangement sucks and that little system match up thing they have is terrible and is not true. I live there my first year in school and is is not a place i would ever move back too. Im my opinion the rent is too high, they cant keep anyone in the apartments. I left my lease because i hated it so much. They will con you to move in a sign a new lease and all this other crap but sont fall for it. Shop around and find a better place to live for a better price. They are very nice before you sign the lease but after that it goes downhill. Too much partying and smoking and everything else you can think of. The good reviews are written by people who just moved in about a week into it or their management i truely believe that.

Take a look at Boardwalk Luxury Apartments. They're safe, clean and upscale. You can sleep at night. Owner lives on site. 256-453-2037
