Whatever the office staff tells you, don't believe it. This place sucks. No parking and it's the GHETTO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So many people shooting guns, selling drugs and going to jail. The cops are CONSTANTLY there for some reason. Your roommates are pathetic!!! I owed $500 on an electric bill bc my stupid roommates didn't want to pay their part. They'd rather buy dope and smoke it in our living room. The office staff told me to deal with it,since the bill was in my name it wasn't there problem. The staff and almost all the people who live there are worthless pieces of crap. The only good thing about the place is the maintenance guys. I think there names were Byron and Kenneth. They were always prompt at fixing things. They were the best thing about the place. So if you like the ghetto, go for it. If you don't believe me, call UPD or JPD and ask them what they think. I bet you they will laugh and tell you to stay away!!!!!!!!

Consider Boardwalk Luxury Apartments. Very nice, quiet and upscale. Strong drug policy. Owner lives on site. 256-453-2037

I think the mgr of Boardwalk Apts needs to get a life and stop posting on every apt's review. Who can afford your apts? Not students that's for sure. Over $800 a month for a 2 br that includes NOTHING. Psh.
