Jacksonville Place is pretty much the worst place to live in Jacksonville. One night there was fight about by the pool with about 40-50 men. We called the police but no one got arrested. I have heard gunshots on more than one occasion. Realy the only thing good about it is that there is a pool but there still arent enough chairs for it. If something breaks they just "quick-fix" it and it breaks again 2 weeks later. My dryer almost caught on fire three times and they still havent replaced it. They wont do anything about it if your roommate breaks the rules. There is a $30 fine for late rent payment and there is only 3 days time to pay your rent... the new place I am moving gives you 10 days to pay it. Pretty much very ghetto place to live. If you are a girl and want to be afraid to walk to your apt at night this is the place for yoU!

hahahahahaha.
the pool is at the leasing office and it closes at 7 when the office does, leaving no access to the pool at all. so if there was a fight it was afterhours and management must not have known and the police must not have been notified. any time the police have to come on the property the office is notified (this is a law, i worked at a complext in georgia and one in oxford)
second, you are in the REAL WORLD, grow up and learn to pay your rent on time. i have lived several places and most of them only give you up to 4-5 days to pay your rent. i go to the pool everyday and there are at least 40 chairs for people to sit in, so i don't know what you're talking about not being enough seating. there's usually no more than 25 people at the pool at one time.
I AM A GIRL AND HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 3 YEARS

you must be from the ghetto, because i'm a girl and i was scared to walk around at night. i saw the fight too, it wasn't at the pool, it was right outside the pool's gates, right outside the 1100 building. i watched from my balcony and about 6 cops came but every single one of the people ran all different ways, so the cops couldn't arrest anyone. also, there weren't enough chairs at the pool until july. and that's only because they put out new ones so the people coming to look at them, see them. they only make it look nice right before the new leasing period. thank you, please don't talk unless you know what you're talking about. you probably work in the office anyway.
