I've lived in 5 different apt in 2 states and this is by far the worst. The buildings are beautiful but the cops are here EVERY night, gun shots every other week, and alot of places like papa john's won't, deliver after dark BECAUSE THE GUYS GET ROBBED. I'm currently doing my best to get out of my lease here, I hope you never have to live here. My toilet has been broken since I moved in and after many complaints it is still not fixed. I just hope my stuff is still here after Christmas break...

Over 20 people went to jail in one night at these apts. Does that sound like the nice safe environment the mgr describes? hahahah When I came to orientation with my daughter back in Feb. I asked the police chief if JP was safe. He said he wasn't allowed to say. I then asked him if he had an 18 year old daughter would he allow her to live here. He said absolutely not, not under any circumstances. He then went further and said he wouldn't let his son, daughter or dog live here. That said all I needed to hear. She's living at the Grove. Is it better? Not much. It's a ghetto as well. She'll be moving when her lease is up.
