Since the new owners have taken over I have noticed a lot of changes. It is a lot safer. J Place has the police as security at night and I think they still have a courtesy officer that lives here. I have seen him walking around a few times.

A bunch of people have been kicked out too for not following the rules. I am so glad they are cleaning this place up!!

They also have had a more stuff for us to do. They had a BBQ yesterday that was really fun. The only thing that sucked was they ran out of food after about 2 hours.

I have lived here for 2 years and if things keeep going like they are I would definatly recommend this place to anyone. The staff is nice and so are the maintenience people.

It did get better for awhile but they made a bunch of promsies but nothing has happened. The staff is horrible and there has been fights and shootings happening a lot. I am trying to get out of my lease.
