I just moved in and within 1 week there have been 2 big fights, a few break ins and a shooting. The manager Felicia acts like nothing is wrong and is too lazy to get off her ass to do something about it. The rest of the staff pretty much igonores you when you go into the office unless you ask them to help you. It is also like an act of God to get something in your apartment fixed. I will be moving to the Grove as soon as possible.

I was robbed twice and they wouldn't let me out of their lease. they are called the reserve now, new name same ------ place. the grove isn't that much better...

The Grove is just as bad. In some ways, it's worse. You need to move to an apartment complex that's privately owned and not owned by a large company.
