VERY VERY VERY UNSAFE PLACE TO LIVE!!!!

I lived in this complex a LONG time. I had SO many problems while I was here. I am not going to elaborate TOO much on what all went on, but I will urge parents to NEVER let your kids sign leases here-- It is very very very unsafe here. I got broken into 2 times (at the apt) and my car got broken into 3 times while I lived in the apts. Each time they stole a good amount of electronic equipment, cds, etc. I got SICK of living there and feeling like I could be held @ gun point at any time (WHICH HAPPENS OFTEN) I HAD to finally get out of there. I got out of there and they charged me my deposit PLUS $400!'!'!'!' I am a VERY responsible, and VERY clean person.I never had ANY pets in that apartment. It was a NIGHTMARE to live there. Jacksonville in general has some sketchy people there. Id definately watch out for the complex in general though. Rough place to be.

This place makes the Ghetto look like the Ritz. I honestly feel safer in the Ghetto.
