I lived here for over a year but had friends that lived here before me that I would visit. The only person in the office that was nice and seemed to care was Nichole Bentley. She is no longer there and the place has gone more to hell than ever. Shootings, constant drug parties, robberies, you name it, it has happened here and is still happening. If you value your life you will stay far far FAR away.

Felicia Mays(the manager) should be fired! Apparently she must know someone to be able to keep her job. She doesn't seem to know what she is doing ever and i am surprised a lawsuit hasn't been filed on her. I know the new renters law and she has broken many of the rules. I am looking into getting a lawyer. Just because you change the name does not mean the place changes.

I miss the days when Nichole and Amanda managed the place.

you must have been the ONLY resident that liked Nichole Bentley. The other Nichole that was the leasing agent is not the assistant manager and she has always been FAR NICER than Nichole Bentley. She actually CARES and tries to help and work with people instead of always saying "NO". You must have them confused...
