Well maintained overall; good neighborhood.

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001
 
Older property (@15 years) but rather well maintained. The location/neighborhood is good, and there is easy access to major roads/interstates and much shopping.

Good floor plans, especially for the 2 bedroom, 1 bath setup.

Maintenance can be slow to respond on non-emergency issues.

Rental rates are competitive for the type of apartment, its size, and the neighborhood.
