Stay away from Charleston Oaks

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
We keep the apartment spotless when we move out, but they are still keeping the entire $100 security deposit owing to some crappy, rediculous reaons.
The people at office are so rude the day when we moved out, although they are 'nice' when we stayed there.
They took my friend's security deposit as well, just because my friend didn't notify them the first day of the Month when the lease expires.
