I've lived at Charleston Oaks coming up on 8 years. I think the property is very clean and my home is VERY spacious. For all they have to offer, I am ok with my rental price. The thing a like the most is that the entire staff knows my name and almost always asks how I'm doing or if there is anything that I need. The team seems to be organized and friendly to all residents. If you're looking BE SURE to check them out. I read all the comments before I wrote this one. It seems like management really sticks to policy in regards to paying term fees if a lease is broke. I'd rather live somewhere that everyone is treated the same vs. one that make exceptions to their rental contract based on who you are or how much they like you. Great Place to call home!
