Getting Worse, Still Good

Lived here 3 years. Since the new management, services are going downhill, repair is getting worse, and the management style is getter poor.
We had water damage to our kitchen floor from the upstairs and they were supposed to replace it. They came poured some epoxy on the crack and left. Now we have a hard spur sticking up instaed of a soft one.
They didn't raise out rent in 2002 because they QUIT PAYING FOR WATER which in effect upped the rent $40 bucks. So they got thier rent increase anyway.
