This isn't the best

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I have been living there for 2 years. Over that time my rent increased almost $100. If you need your rent verifed by a morgage company it is $25 (to fill out a simple sheet of paper!!). The management doesn't return phone calls. They say that the police officer will write tickets to speeders but they say nothing about letting people walk in the middle of the street (sidewalks hello!!!!). Overall when I first moved in I liked the apartment, now I can't wait till I don't have to deal with them anymore. The gated community is a joke. The wood plank that is supposed to come down after each car has entered is no longer there. Their reponse to that is that the budget didn't allow for it anymore. So now about 4-5 cars can go through after one opens the gate. The gates are open at random times too. Sometimes till 9PM and later. Sometimes they are open all the time, because they ran out of cards was an explaination. I paid a premium rent price and all I got for it was a gate-less community, broken chairs at the pool (yes 85% aren't usable) and a hard time to get anything fixed. Overall don't live here more than 6 months if you can help it. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
