I currently live at Colonial Grand at Madison and am very happy with my apartment. I have never lived in a more beautiful apartment and I enjoy the friendly staff. Since I have lived here, the office staff has changed as well as the maintenance. I do miss some of the old staff members but must admit that I've seen great improvements within the community since the change. The pool has new furniture and new lighting. The flowers are gorgeous and the grounds are kept beautiful and clean. My Husband and I enjoy walking around the lake in the evenings. Maintenance has gone out of their way to help me when I've needed them. They even helped me to install my new custom light fixture that I purchased. I highly recommend Colonial Grand at Madison to anyone needing a new home in this area.
