Nice Place to live, Nice Staff

I have lived at Colonial Grand for over two years and have been extremely happy here. The lake is beautiful and grounds are so well kept. I am writing because I am moving to Atlanta and have been reading some entries of prospective apartments that did not rank so highly. That is when I decided to write an entry for Colonial Grand. Only the unhappy residents usually respond to websites such as these. Anyway-very quite, private, and nice place to live. I give it a 4.5.
